Kristin has been a second generation associate of Prudential Richard N. Fontaine Real Estate since 1996 and has been an integral part of developing the office into a well respected partner in the community. As a fully licensed REALTOR, she is certified to assist buyers and sellers in all parts of a real estate transaction. Her status as an agent in a Prudential affiliate office provides her with constant access to the support, training, and marketing tools of a national network.
Being a life long resident of Rhode Island, she is confident that her familiarity with the local area can be of benefit to you.
Kristin is a member of the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club as well as a member of the Prudential Multi Million Dollar Sales Club.
